dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována dárcovství a dobrovolnictví v dětských domovech a domovech pro seniory. Cílem práce je zmapovat a následně komparovat dárcovství a dobrovolnictví v těchto vybraných institucích. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů souvisejících s fenoménem dárcovství a dobrovolnictví. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu a metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné otázky a v závěru nachází odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Cílem projektové části je prezentace dárcovství a dobrovolnictví na konkrétní společenské akci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with donation and volunteering in children's homes and homes for elderly people. The main goal of this thesis is to explore and compare donation and volunteering in the selected institutions. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic terms related to the phenomenon of donation and volunteering. The practical part examines the answers to the research partial questions using the qualitative research and the method of semistructured interview. In conclusion, the thesis found the answer for the main research question. The main goal of the project part is to present donation and volunteering using a particular social event.	en
