Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace zaměstnanců a její vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti společnosti Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. Práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí - praktické a teoretické. První, teoretická část, shrnuje poznatky z oblasti motivace pracovníků, získané během podrobného studia literatury zabývající se touto tématikou, a stanovuje hypotézy pro praktickou část. Na teoretická východiska navazuje část praktická, která se zabývá analýzou motivačního programu zaměstnanců přímo ve společnosti Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. V závěru praktické části jsou na základě výsledků z dotazníkového průzkumu vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy a předloženy návrhy a opatření, které by měly vést k efektivnější motivaci zaměstnanců a ke zvyšování jejich výkonnosti. |

The subject of the Bachelor's Thesis is Motivation and its influence on improving the performance in company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc Ltd. The thesis is divided into two basic parts - practical and theoretical. The first, theoretical part, focuses on summary of the knowledge about employee motivation acquired from literary sources dealing with this subject and determines hypothesis for the practical part. Theoretical standpoints are followed by the practical part which deals with an analysis of the motivational employee program in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc Ltd. At the end of the practical part the hypothesis form the previous theoretical part are evaluated, based on the results of the research, and some suggestions and measures to improve the employee motivation and increase their performance are suggested. |
