dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je navrhnout nejvhodnější způsob financování investičního záměru spo-lečnosti XY, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je věnována rešerši odborné literatury na téma investiční projekty, metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a problematice finanční analý-zy. V praktické části je nejdříve představen profil společnosti a následně pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy zhodnocena její ekonomická situace. Poté je charakterizován konkrétní investiční záměr a jsou navrženy možnosti financování daného projektu. V závěru práce jsou tyto varianty financování vyhodnoceny pomocí metody čisté současné hodnoty a do-poručení nejvhodnější varianty financování investičního projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this thesis is searching of the best way how to finance investment project of the XY, Ltd. Company. Theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to a search of literature on the topic of investments projects, the methods of evaluating investment efficiency and financial analysis. The practical part is first introduced to a company profile and then use indicators of financial analysis evaluated the economic situation. Then concrete investment plan is characterized and options of financing of this project are proposed. These financing options are evaluated by method of present net present value and suggestions of most suit-able investment plan financing option.	en
