dc.description.abstract Diplomová práca sa zaoberá riadením a meraním výkonnosti v spoločnosti KONŠTRUKTA ? Industry, a.s. a následnou implementáciou Balanced Scorecard. V prvej časti práce sú spracované teoretické poznatky z oblasti merania podnikovej výkonnosti. Hlavná pozornosť teoretickej časti je sústredená na koncept Balanced Scorecard. Druhá časť diplomovej práce hodnotí výkonnosť v spoločnosti KONŠTRUKTA - Industry, a.s. a navrhuje východiská pre jej zlepšenie za pomoci konceptu BSC. Implementácia BSC je popísaná v závere práce. cs

dc.description.abstract-translated The master thesis is focused on measuring the performance in company KONŠTRUKTA - Industry, a.s. and subsequent implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept. The first part includes theoretical findings about performance management. Main attention of the theo-retical part is focused on the concept Balanced Scorecard. The second part of the master thesis concerns the evaluation of the performance in company KONŠTRUKTA - Industry, a.s. and there is a design of starting points for its improvement with the use of BSC concept. Implementation of BSC is described in the conclusion of the thesis. en
