dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na provedení analýzy vybraných logistických činností ve firmě Futures Contproduct s.r.o. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsána logistika obecně, její definice, strategie a cíle, zásoby, řízení zásob, nákup a jeho nákupní procesy a skladování. V praktické části je charakterizována daná společnost a jsou popsány její logistické činnosti, jako jsou nákup materiálu, hodnocení dodavatelů, forma skladovaní ve firmě. Zjištěná data jsou analyzovaná formou ABC a XYZ analýzy. V závěru je navrženo opatření, které zefektivní vybrané logistické činnosti ve firmě v následujících letech.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of selected logistics activities in the company Contproduct Futures Ltd. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical section. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the logistics in general, the main definitions, strategy and objectives, inventory, inventory management, purchasing and procurement processes and storage. The practical part of the bachelor thesis shows the company and describes its logistics activities such as purchase of materials, supplier evaluation and the form of storage in the company. The data are analyzed by ABC and XYZ analysis. There are the proposed measures to streamline activities in selected logistics company in the coming years in the conclusion.	en
