dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením obce Žlutava za poslední tři roky, tj. v letech 2010 ? 2012. V teoretické části jsou zachyceny základní informace o obcích, především rozdělení jejich moci, znaky a orgány obce. Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení hospodaření obce Žlutava v letech 2010 ? 2012, a návrh opatření ke zlepšení hospodaření obce Žlutava v budoucnu. Praktická část této práce se nejprve vztahuje k historii obce Žlutava, základním geografickým a demografickým údajům. Jsou zde popsány a analyzovány jednotlivé roky v obci Žlutava. V této části je také nastíněna jednoduchá SWOT analýza obce. Část je ukončena kapitolou s doporučením a závěrem.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the management of the village of Žlutava for the last 3 years i.e. 2010 ? 2012. The theoretical section of the presentation provides information on the divisions of power, signs and municipal authorities. The aim is to assess the municipality of Žlutava between the years of 2010 ? 2012 and propose measures on how to improve the management of the municipality in the future. The other part relates to the history if the village, basic geography and demographic data. This data is analyzed every year. This section also outlines a simple SWOT analysis of the community. The conclusion ends with recommendations.	en
