Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice řízení pohledávek ve firmě Monos Technology s.r.o., která se orientuje na velkoobchod vinařských potřeb a technologií. V teoretické části budou charakterizovány pohledávky, jejich vznik a zánik, členění, pozitiva a negativa a další pojmy s pohledávkami související, jako faktura, dlužník Také zde budou rozebrány jednotlivé nástroje řízení pohledávek. V praktické části bude charakterizována samotná firma a poté bude prozkoumán současný stav řízení pohledávek. Bude zde vypracována finanční analýza zaměřená přímo na pohledávky a bude proveden podrobný rozbor pohledávek a fakturace. Prozkoumán bude také způsob správy, zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. Na závěr bude na základě zjištěných informací a výsledků analýzy vytvořen návrh pro zdokonalení systému řízení pohledávek. |

This thesis deals with the management of receivables in the Company Monos Technology Ltd., which focuses on the wholesale of wine-growing necessary and technology. The theoretical part characterizes receivables, their formation and dissolution, their division, positives and negatives and other terms which are associated with claims such as invoices, debtor, also, various debt management tools are discussed there. The practical part characterizes the company and then it examines the current stage of the receivables management. A financial analysis focused on claims is developed, and a detailed analysis of claims and billing is carried out. I will also explore the way of managing, securing and recovery of receivables. In the conclusion, a proposal for the improvement of the management of receivables, based on the gathered information and analysis results, will be created. |
