dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění rizik při počátcích podnikání. Předmětem teoretické části je souhrn možných rizik, právní formy podnikání, podnikatelský plán, SWOT a PEST analýza. Praktická část se věnuje založení podniku v gastronomickém odvětví. Na tento podnik je sestaven podnikatelský plán a jsou zde aplikovány analýzy z teoretické části. Závěr práce je věnován rizikům, která se týkají zakládání gastronomických provozoven. Dále je zde uvedeno doporučení podnikatelům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to identify risks in starting of a business. The subject of the theoretical part is a summary of the potential risks, legal forms of business, business plan, SWOT and PEST analysis. The practical part is devoted to setting up a business in the gastronomic sector. On this venture there is set up a business plan and are applied to the analysis of the theoretical part. The conclusion is devoted to risks relating to the establishment of gastronomic establishments. There is also giving advice to entrepreneurs.	en
