V této diplomové práci bylo úkolem zpracovat studii na téma Korek jako výplňový materiál v kompozitních sendvičových konstrukcích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která popisuje všeobecné znalosti o kompozitních materiálech se zaměřením na sendvičové konstrukce a praktickou část, jež se zabývá zkoumáním vlastností konkrétních vybraných materiálů a jejich testováním. Důležité jsou zde znalosti a přehled vnitřní výplně - jádra těchto sendvičových konstrukcí. K provedení praktické části byly použity zkoušky ohybových vlastností, odlupu, limitního kyslíkového čísla, metoda požární odolnosti a zkouška rázové odolnosti. Dosažené výsledky byly porovnány a vyhodnoceny z pohledu vhodnosti použití daného materiálu v železničním dopravním průmyslu. Za účelem výběru nejvhodnějšího materiálu jsem hledal sendvičovou strukturu, která by vyhovovala požadavkům na odolnost a bezpečnost, jež zákazník požaduje. |

In this diploma thesis I have processed the topic "Cork as a filler material in composite sandwich structures." The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the general knowledge's of composite materials with a focus on sandwich structures. The practical part examines and tests specific properties of selected materials. There are the following important things: the knowledge and overview of inner filling - the core of sandwich structures. In the practical part I have used tests of bending properties, the test of peel, limit oxygen index, the method of fire resistance and impact resistance test. The results were compared and evaluated from the view of suitability for use of the material in the rail transportation industry. In order to select the best material I was looking for a sandwich structure that meets the requirements for resistance and safety required by the customer. |
