Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálně-právní ochranou dětí, kterou vykonávají orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při obecních úřadech obcí s rozšířenou působností. Popisuje strukturu orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, jejich kompetence, formy náhradní rodinné péče, sociálně patologické jevy. Analyzuje novelu zákona a porovnává se současnou platnou právní úpravou. |
