Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v oblasti zemědělství. Diplomová práce popisuje základní pojmy a význam bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, systémy řízení rizik, legislativu pro bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci (obecnou i z hlediska zemědělství), systémy bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v Evropě a v USA. V praktické části diplomové práce obsahuje statistiky týkající se úrazů, smrtelných úrazů v ČR i v zemědělství a specifické úrazy v zemědělství. Poslední bod diplomové práce se týká návrhu modelového prostředí v zemědělství, u kterého je provedena bezpečnostní analýza a navrhnut systém řízení rizik. Diplomová práce může být využita jako příručka pro podniky v zemědělství, které chtějí zavést systém řízení rizik do jejich struktury. |

The thesis is focused on the description of health and safety at work in agriculture. This thesis describes the basic concepts and the importance of health and safety at work, risk management systems, legislation for health and safety at work (general in terms of agriculture), systems of health and safety at work in Europe and the USA. In the practical part of the thesis contains statistics about accidents, fatal accidents in the Czech Republic in agriculture and specific injuries in agriculture. The last section of the thesis contains the design of agriculture company, in which is performed a security analysis and proposed risk management system. The thesis can be used as a guide for businesses in agriculture, which want to implement a risk management system to their structure. |
