Analysis of socially responsible behaviour of the company Baťa in 1945 - 1989.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou společenské odpovědnosti firmy Baťa v letech 1945-1989. V první, teoretické části je charakterizován koncept corporate social responsibility a jsou zde vysvětleny další pojmy vztahující se k danému tématu. Ve druhé, praktické části je představena firma a je provedena analýza společenské odpovědnosti firmy Baťa ve všech oblastech, tedy v ekonomické, sociální a environmentální. Na závěr práce je předloţeno doporučení pro současné organizace.

The Bachelor's work deals with analysis of social responsibility of the company Baťa in 1945-1989. In the first, theoretical part, there is characterized conception of corpo-rate social responsibility and other notions related to the given topic are explained there. In the second, practical part, the company is presented and analysis of social responsibility of the company Baťa in all areas, i. e. economical, social and environ-mental, is carried out. In the end of the work recommendation for contemporary or-ganizations is presented
