Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jestli město Napajedla dosáhlo v letech 2002 - 2005 svých plánovaných cílů ve svém hospodaření. Jedná se o dosažení plánů v oblasti dodržení podmínek ze zákona o obcích, plnění rozpočtu stanoveného zastupitelstvem a politického prohlášení jednotlivých stran. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou oblastí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy, jako obec, rozpočet, finanční analýza a poměrové ukazatele. Teoretická část navazuje na část praktickou, která se zabývá analýzou příjmů, výdajů, zadluženosti a výpočtu ukazatele likvidity. Závěr bakalářské práce věnuje pozornost zhodnocení cíle finanční analýzy a doporučení, která vyplynula z praktické části. |

The target of my thesis was to find out if the town Napajedla fulfilled its planned targets in its management in the years 2002 - 2005. I dealt with the achievements of the plans in the area of meeting the terms of the municipal law, fulfillment of the budget set by the corporation and the political declaration of individual parties. The thesis is divided into two areas: a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part clarifies the elementary terms, such as the municipality, the budget, the financial analysis and the ratio indicators. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which deals with the analysis of incomes and expenses, indebtedness and the calculation of the indicator of the liquidity. The conclusion of the thesis takes notice of the evalution of the target of the financial analysis and the plan of general recommendations, which arise from the practical part. |
