Diplomová práce se věnuje systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je defino-váno vzdělávání, popsány vlivy na vzdělávání, trendy, funkce, oblasti vzdělávání a jednot-livé fáze cyklu vzdělávání. V praktické části je provedena analýza vzdělávání v podniku a na základě toho je navrhnuta identifikace potřeby vzdělávání, plánování a vyhodnocení vzdělávání a možnosti využití projektů na podporu vzdělávání od EU a pracovního úřadu ČR. Celý projekt byl analyzován z hlediska času, rizika a nákladů. |

This thesis is devoted to the training of employees. In the theoretical part is defined edu-cation, the implications for education, trends, function, area of education and individual phases of the cycle of education. In the practical part is an analysis of corporate education and on the basis that it is designed identification of education needs, planning and eva-luation of education, educational projects and possibilities of education support from EU and Labour Office of the Czech Republic. The project was analyzed in terms of time, cost and risk. |
