V sociálních službách je stanoveno zákonem č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách splnit ročně minimálně 24 hodin akreditovaného vzdělávání MPSV ČR. K dosažení efektního a systematického vzdělávání zaměstnanců v organizaci je nezbytné využití analýzy vzdělávacích potřeb. Proto se předmětem této bakalářské práce stává vymezení teoretických východisek pro sestavení a následné srovnání analýz vzdělávacích potřeb pracovníků v sociálních službách v terénní službě a pobytové službě. V praktické části, na základě empirického výzkumu, předkládáme analýzu kompetencí cílové skupiny sestavenou vyhodnocením osobních rozhovorů. Tento dokument spolu se sběrem dat z dotazníkového šetření je základem pro vypracování analýzy vzdělávacích potřeb. Výsledek srovnání potřeb obou zkoumaných skupin je motivem k vyslovení doporučení pro využití výzkumu v praxi. |

In social services the duty to meet annually at least 24 hours of accredited education by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) is set by the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll. To achieve effective and systematic training of employees in the organization it is necessary to use the analysis of training needs. Therefore, the subject of this thesis becomes a specification of theoretical bases for preparation and subsequent comparison of the training needs analyses of workers in the social services, namely in the field services and residential service. In the practical part, based on empirical research, there is presented an analysis of competences of the target group obtained by means of evaluating personal interviews. This document together with the collection of data from the survey is the basis for developing a training needs analysis. The result of training needs compa-rison of both studied groups is a motive to give recommendations for the use of research in practice |
