Ve své diplomové práci nazvané Projekt snížení vlivu lidského faktoru pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti ATLAS consulting spol. s r.o. se zabývám problematikou fyzického zabezpečení a zabezpečení vnitropodnikových informací v souvislosti s lidským faktorem. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na definice základních pojmů z oblasti bezpečnosti a personalistiky spojených s lidským faktorem. V praktické části pak navrhuji vhodné postupy a fyzické zabezpečení k eliminaci hrozeb lidského faktoru, které mohou zvýšit konkurenceschopnost společnosti. |

In my thesis, entitled "Project of Lowering the Influence of Human Factors to Increase the Competitiveness of the Company ATLAS Consulting spol. s r.o.,'q I undertake the problems of physical safeguarding and security of internal information in connection with human factors. In the theoretical portion, I have concentrated on the definition of the basic concepts in the fields of security and human resources connected to human factors. In the practical portion, I then propose suitable approaches and physical safeguarding measures for the elimination of the threat of human factors, which could increase the competitiveness of the company. |
