Předkládaná práce se v teoretické části zabývá vymezením základních pojmů úzce souvisejících s problematikou řízení a vedení malých týmů manažerem v krizových situacích. Dále pak, jaká je optimální velikost týmu, jaké jsou nejčastější chyby manažerů, kritické faktory týmové práce, jaké máme kritické situace a v neposlední řadě i jaké mohou nastat krizové situace v podniku. Praktická část se věnuje popisu daného podniku, jeho vize i cíle, jak si vede v současné době na trhu práce, jaké ho potkali za celou dobu krize a jak je podnik řešil. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je i zpracování dotazníku, který má za cíl ověřit spokojenost daného reálného týmu v praxi. Lidé, kteří jsou součástí daného týmu, byli osloveni k vyplnění dotazníku uvedeného v závěru práce. Výsledky byly analyzovány za využití popisné statistiky a interpretovány. |

This bachelor thesis deals, in the theoretical part, with the definition of some basic con-cepts which are closely related to the issues regarding management and leadership of small management teams in crisis situations. Furthermore, it then discusses what the optimal team size should be, what the most common mistakes that managers make are, which critical factors of teamwork thus need to be considered in crisis moments, and finally, but not least, which crises can occur during the running of the company. The practical part describes the company, its vision and goals, how it is getting on currently in today's labor market, how it survived during the economic crisis, and how the company has solved these problems. An integral part of this practical part is the analysis of the results of a questionnaire which was carried out, aimed at verifying the degree of satisfaction of the management team in practice. The people, who were members of this team, were approached to fill out this questionnaire, which can be seen in the conclusion part of this thesis. The results were then analyzed using the described statistics and fully interpreted. |
