dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá sociálním cestovním ruchem (cestovní ruch seniorů, handicapovaných a rodin s dětmi). Je zde vymezen pojem sociální cestovní ruch, dále je zmíněn program Calypso a nejvýznamnější organizace působící v zahraničí. Z teoretického hlediska je zmíněno i Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj a jeho podprogram Cestování dostupné všem, včetně příkladů podpořených akcí v minulých letech. Nezbytností bylo specifikovat také cílové skupiny (senioři, handicapovaní a rodiny s dětmi). Nakonec je popsán marketingový mix služeb zaměřený na produkt cestovního ruchu. V praktické části se práce zabývá projektem Sociálního cestovního ruchu ve Zlínském kraji a iniciátorem projektu (CCRVM). Nejdůležitější částí je průzkum nabídky hotelů pro cílové skupiny, jejich porovnání a výběr nejvhodnějších. Nechybí zde ani spolupráce se Zlínským krajem o podmínkách dotace. Závěrem praktické části je vyhodnocení nabídek těch hotelů, které mají o spolupráci zájem a pro ně navrhnutí produktů cestovního ruchu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with social tourism (tourism seniors, disabled and families with children). There is a definition of the concept of social tourism, as is mentioned program Calypso and most important organizations operating abroad. From a theoretical point of view, also mentioned the Ministry of Regional Development and Travel subroutine available to all, including examples of actions supported in the past. Necessity was also specified target groups (elderly, disabled and families with children). Finally, it describes the marketing mix of services focused on the tourism product. In the practical part of the thesis deals with projects of social tourism in the Zlín Region and initiator of the project (Tourism Authority of eastern Moravia). The most important part of the survey deals with a search for hotel availability for target groups to compare and choose the most suitable. There is also cooperation with the Zlín region on the conditions of the grant. Finally, the practical part of the evaluation of the tenders of those hotels that are interested in cooperation and for them to suggest the tourism products.
