dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je spracovať analýzu konkurenčného prostredia spoločnosti Energotex SK s.r.o. Teoretická časť je zameraná na štúdium konkurencie z rôznych hľadísk a teórií. Podrobnejšie sa zameriava na SWOT analýzu a v ďalšej časti je potom vysvetlenie Porterovho modelu piatych konkurenčných síl. Praktická časť predstavuje firmu Energotex SK s.r.o. a jej konkurenciu na domácom a zahraničnom trhu. Identifikuje hlavných konkurentov spoločnosti, zameriava sa na vypracovanie SWOT analýzy. Prakticky spracováva Porterov model piatych konkurenčných síl a porovnáva konkurenciu z rôznych hľadísk. V poslednej časti práce sú uvedené výsledky analýzy a z nich vyplývajúce odporučenia pre spoločnosť.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process analysis of the competitive environment of the Energotex SK Company. The theoretical part is focused on the competition study from different perspectives and theories. It focuses in more detail on SWOT analysis and next part describes the Porter's five competitive forces. The practical part presents the Energotex SK Ltd. and its competitors in the home and foreign trade. It also identified the main competitors for the company, focuses on developing the SWOT analysis. It practically processes the Porter's analysis of five competitive forces model and competition comparison of competitors according to different criteria. The last section presents the analysis results and consequential recommendations for the company.
