dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení finanční situace společnosti Orion OK, a.s. a jejího vývoje v letech 2011 až 2014. V práci je analyzováno a zhodnoceno hospodaření firmy a na závěr na základně získaných informací jsou navržena možná opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je část teoretická. Zde je popsána podstata finanční analýzy, k čemu slouží a jaké jsou její cíle a dále pak zdroje, metody a ukazatelé, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. Druhá část práce je část řešící. Zde je nejprve krátce představena společnost Orion OK, a.s. a následně provedena samotná finanční analýza. Jsou použity ukazatele zmíněné v teoretické části. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení výsledků a na vhodná doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření společnosti do budoucna.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the financial position of the company Orion OK, a.s. and its development from 2011 to 2014. In this work the company's management is analyzed and evaluated and finally at the base of acquired information suggested possible measures to improve the current situation. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical part. Here is described the core of financial analysis, what it is used for and what are its goals and further resources, methods and indicators that are afterwards used in the practical part. The second part is the solving part. At first the company Orion OK, a.s. is briefly introduced and subsequently is performed financial analysis itself. In financial analysis are used indicators mentioned in the theoretical part. Conclusion of this thesis focuses on the evaluation of the results and to make appropriate recommendations for improving the management of the company in the future.
