dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na představení konkrétních návrhů do SPA hotelu Lanterna a s tím spojené implementace mezinárodních standardů kvality. V teoretické části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska zvoleného tématu. První část poskytuje podstatné informace o hotelnictví, kvalitě služeb v cestovním ruchu a mezinárodních standardech kvality. Praktickou část zahajuje stručná charakteristika SPA hotelu Lanterna a následné analyzování stavu současných poskytovaných služeb a výše úrovně spokojenosti zákazníků hotelu. Na základě zjištěných poznatků a vykonaných analýz je navržen nejvhodnější koncept mezinárodních standardů kvality pro následnou implementaci. V závěru jsou pro zákazníky navrženy procedury a nové aktivity zaměřené na Medical SPA.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on putting concrete proposals to SPA hotel Lanterna and the related implementation of international quality standards. The theoretical part defines the theoretical background of the chosen topic. The first part provides essential information about hotel industry, the quality of tourism services and international quality standards. The practical section begins with a brief characterization of SPA hotel Lanterna and following analysis of the current state of the provided services and the amount of customer's level of satisfaction. Based on the findings and analyzes, the best international concept of quality standards is proposed. In the end, the new procedures and activities for customers with a focus on Medical SPA are proposed.
