Během posledních 20 let se výrazně navýšil počet středních a malých podniků. Zejména v těchto podnicích bývá často podceňována bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci (BOZP). V dnešní době, chce-li být podnikatel úspěšný, musí klást důraz na své zaměstnance, zejména v ohledu na jejich zdraví a bezpečnost. V každodenním životě zaměstnanců je jistá provázanost činností souvisejících s bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci a je nutno vytvářet co nejbezpečnější pracoviště, jak v odvětví výrobním, službách, tak obchodním. Tato práce se zabývá prováděním BOZP, konkrétně v malém podniku, a to v kameno-sochařské firmě, zabývající se výrobou, zpracováním a prodejem výrobků z přírodního kamene (pomníky, kuchyňské pracovní desky, schody, obklady, parapety, apod.). |
