Táto bakalárska práca sa týka problematiky z oblasti právnych foriem spoločností. Definuje výhody, možnosti i nevýhody jednotlivých právnych foriem, najmä kapitálových spoločností. Uvádza i kritéria správneho výberu pre realizáciu podnikateľskej činnosti. Prevažná časť práce sa však dotýka podnikania akciovej spoločnosti, charakterizuje jej hlavné znaky i náležitosti pri jej založení. Hodnotí výsledky pôsobenia spoločnosti ZVS holding, a.s., rozoberá jej životný cyklus od vzniku až po súčasnosť. Cieľom práce je vyzdvihnúť skutočnosti, ktoré umožňuje podnikanie práve v tejto forme a v konečnom dôsledku navrhnúť, či nie je potrebná zmena na iný právny subjekt pre danú spoločnosť. |

This bachelor project details the area of company law. It tries to define the advantages, possibilities and disadvantages of different types of companies, especially capital society. It also describes the criteria for running business activities. The body of the project details public limited companies (plc), their basic characteristic features and conditions that have to be fulfilled before its foundation. Furthermore, the project evaluates the results of ZVS holding, a.s., as well as outlines the company history from its foundation till present. The aim of the project is to highlight the advantages of this form of business, and it tries to suppose some changes to different subjects. |
