dc.description.abstract	Vzdělanost obyvatelstva České republiky v oblasti krizového řízení je nezbytným předpokladem k zajištění přípravy na řešení mimořádných událostí. Na úrovni řízení krizových situací je to odborná znalost a schopnost orgánů krizového řízení. Bez vzdělaných občanů však jejich cílená a odborně řízená činnost k odvrácení, zvládnutí krizové situace je daleko obtížnější. Cílem mé práce bylo zkoumat současný způsob vzdělávání obyvatelstva, odhalit jeho silná a slabá místa a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení úrovně vzdělávání v oblasti krizového řízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Education of the population of the Czech Republic in the field of crisis management is a prerequisite for ensuring preparedness for dealing with emergencies. At the level of crisis management it is important for the crisis management authorities to have professional knowledge and ability. Without educated citizens, however, their targeted and professionally guided activities to prevent and cope with crisis situations are much more difficult. The aim of my thesis has been to investigate the current way of educating the population in this issue, to reveal its strengths and weaknesses and to propose recommendations to improve the level of education in the field of crisis management.
