| dc.description.abstract |
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu zaměstnávání a odměňování zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě dostupné literatury a le-gislativy v oblasti mzdového účetnictví. Dále je zde vymezen zákon č. 435/2004 Sb., část třetí, kde jsou uvedeny informace o zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části je představena společnost STEELMET, s.r.o., její mzdový předpis a sys-tém odměňování. Následně je zde uveden přehled čerpaných dotací z Úřadu práce a jejich účtování. V další části je charakterizován a názorně vysvětlen pojem průměrný roční pře-počtený počet zaměstnanců. V závěru praktické části je uvedeno účtování mezd a závěreč-ná shrnutí a doporučení. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on employment and rewarding employees with disabilities. Theoretical part is processed on base of available literature and legislative related to payroll accounting. Further there´s stated act nr. 435/2004 third part, where are defined infor-mation about employment of workers with disabilities. In practical part there is introduced company STEELMET, s.r.o. and its wage regulation and remuneration system. Further there´s stated list of drawing grants from labour office and their accounting. In next part is characterized and clearly explained term average annual recalculated number of employees. At the end of the practical part is specified accounting earnings and final summary and recommendations. |
