dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaobírá finančním controllingem s návazností na problematiku pohledávek, tzn. snahou bylo doporučit takové controllingové ukazatelé finančního ohodnocení, které by vedly ke snížení množství pohledávek ve firmě Astra X, s.r.o., jejíž předmětem činnosti je mezinárodní zasílatelství. V závěru práce byl navržen a sestaven projekt řízení pohledávek pro danou firmu, sestaven návrh rozpočtu, harmonogram controllingových činností, včetně definování projektových příležitostí a hypotéz, které byly buď potvrzeny či vyvráceny. V neposlední řadě bylo specifikováno zapojení controllingového systému do firmy a určení pozice interního controllera v začlenění do organizační struktury společnosti Astra X, s.r.o.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis deals with financing controlling in view of debts problems; it means pursuit of testimonial the controlling indexes of financial assessment, which would lead to decreasing of amount of debts in Astra X, Ltd. – company whose activity is international forwarding. At the end of the work project of debts control for the company was proposed and compiled, drawn up budget plan, controlling of activities schedule, including definition of project opportunities and hypothesis, which were either testified or confuted. Last not least, attaching of controlling system for the company and determination of internal controller position of incorporation to organizational structure of company Astra X, Ltd. were specified.
