dc.description.abstract	V mojej práci navrhnem cenovo prístupné riešenie systému CRM vo firme DOR, s.r.o. V teoretickej časti spracujem v súčasnosti dostupné zdroje týkajúce sa problematiky CRM. V analytickej časti uvediem profil firmy, aby si čitateľ vedel predstaviť firmu a formou dotazníku analyzujem súčasný stav vzťahov s kľúčovými zákazníkmi. Z vyhodnotenia dotazníku mi vyplynú závery, predstavujúce rezervy, ktoré zhrniem a vypracujem odporučenia ako danú situáciu zlepšiť. Navrhované riešenie podrobím nákladovej a rizikovej analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my project I propose cost acceptable solution of the CRM system in DOR Ltd. The Theory Part takes into consideration nowdays accessible sources that are related to CRM problematic. In the Analytic Part I introduce the company profile, where also with help of the questionnaires, I can analyse the present relationship status with the key customers. The evalution of the questionnare trender conclusion, showing the strengths for which I will devise of recommendation concerning the way of improvement. The suggested solutions will be subject risk and cost analysis.
