dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je podať obraz vplyvu tímovej práce, ako jednej zo základných vplyvov na výkonnosť organizácie, ktorá je dôležitou súčasťou managementu organizácie a priblížiť možnosť využitia aplikácie tímov v organizáciách. Tímová práce je spôsob riešenia problémov, ktorý umožňuje komplexne analyzovať a vyriešiť zložitý problém pomocou tvorivých metód práce. Môže ponúknuť organizáciám a podnikom možnosť, ako sa vyrovnať s realitou súčastného prostredia, ako zefektívniť služby, zvýšiť vplyv tímovej práce na výkonnosť predmetových komisií na príklade Združenej strednej školy hotelových služieb a obchodu v Prievidzi, kde sú analyzované a hodnotené činnosti tímovej práce. Problematika tejto činnosti so sebou prináša tiež obsiahle témy, zaoberajúce sa ľudským faktorom – členmi tímu a vedením tímu, motivačnými technikami, tímovými úlohami a atď. V tejto súvislosti je zámerom ponúknuť možnosti, ako skvalitniť spoluprácu v rámci tímov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The ain of the master thesis is to depict the influence of the teamwork as one of the basic influences on the productivity of an organisation, which is an important part of the organisation management and to bring closer the possibility of using the team applications in organisations. The teamwork is a way of solving problems, which enables to analyze in a complex way and solve a difficult problem with the help of creative working methods. It can offer the organisations and companies a possibility of how to deal with the reality of current surrounding, how to make services more effective, to increase the influence of teamwork on the productivity of the subject commissions on the example of Združená stredná škola hotelových služieb a obchodu in Prievidza where the activities of a teamwork are being analysed and judged. The problematics of this activity also brings topics with itself, concerning with the human factor - team members and the head of the team, the motivation techniques, the team tasks and so on. Regarding this, the aim is to offer some possibilities of how to increase the quality of the teamwork in itself.
