Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na činnost denních stacionářů pro jedince s duševním onemocněním a na jejich účinek, jaký tato zařízení ambulantní péče mají na tyto nemocné z hlediska jejich psychosociální rehabilitace přirozeném prostředí. Na základě poznatků z odborné literatury z oboru sociální péče a psychiatrie formuluje východiska pro praktic-kou část. Výzkum byl veden jako kvalitativní, formou rozhovoru s uživateli zařízení soci-ální rehabilitace Labyrint v Uh. Hradišti, Klub Luisa Uh, Brod, centrum Horizont Zlín. Z vyhodnocení výzkumu formou zakotvené teorie vyplynulo 6 kategorií odpovídajících názo-rům z rozhovorů s respondenty. Tyto kategorie vystlihly pocity klientů z rehabilitace v daných zařízeních. Panovala téměř dokonalá shoda, že tyto stacionáře jsou velmi pomá-hajícím zařízeními, kde se velmi dobře cítí. Doporučovali by ale, aby zde nalézali větší možnosti komunikace s profesionálně vzdělanými lidmi (psycholog, psychiatr), což by se dosáhlo navýšením počtu stálých terapeutů. |

The thesis deals with the activities of daily care centers intended to people suffering from mental disorders. The impact of such ambulatory medical care facilities on affected people in terms of their psychosocial rehabilitation in the natural environment (independence, self-sufficiency, improved social inclusion) is also focused in the thesis. The practical part is based on professional literature in the field of social work and psychiatry. The research was conducted by means of qualitative interviews with the users of the social rehabilitation facilities named Labyrint in Uherské Hradiště, Klub Luisa in Uherský Brod and Horizont in Zlín. The evaluation of research in the form of grounded theory emerged six categories which reflect the views and the best feelings of respondents participating in those institutions. There was near-perfect coincidence that these daily care centers were very assisting clinics, where people could feel very good. On the other hand, the clients would welcome a greater possibility of communication with professionally educated people (psychologist, psychiatrist), which could be achieved by increasing the number of permanent therapists. h |
