dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti a vypracování vhodného konceptu řízení do této společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se formou kritické literární rešerše zabývá vymezením tradičních i moderních měřítek výkonnosti. Praktická část práce je věnována stručné charakteristice společnosti, analýze vnějších a vnitřních faktorů a dále finanční analýze společnosti. Na tuto část navazuje výpočet ekonomické přidané hodnoty. V projektové části je pojednáno o implementaci konceptu EVA do společnosti a jsou vymezeny přínosy, rizika a náklady implementace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of a company and the development of a management concept appropriate to the company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the work, in the form of a review of the critical literature, is concerned with the delimitation of traditional and modern performance benchmarks. The practical part is dedicated to a brief description of the company, an analysis of external and internal factors and the financial analysis of the company. This part is followed by the calculation of economic value added. The project included in the thesis deals with the implementation of EVA in society and the benefits, risks and costs of the implementation are defined.
