dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou aplikácie metódy SMED na vybrané výrobné linky v spoločnosti TNS SERVIS, s.r.o. , ktorej hlavným cieľom je zníženie doby trvania zmeny výroby na daných linkách. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V rámci teoretickej časti je spracovaná literárna rešerš dostupných zdrojov z oblasti priemyselného inžinierstva zameraná na tematiku metódy rýchleho pretypovania SMED, štíhlej výroby, štandardizácie a filozofie podniku svetovej triedy. V praktickej časti práce je predstavená spoločnosť a výrobné linky, ktoré sú objektom následnej analýzy súčasného stavu pretypovania tvoriacej základ pre aplikáciu metódy SMED. Súčasťou praktickej časti je taktiež vytvorenie projektu aplikácie metódy SMED, obsahom ktorého sú návrhy opatrení súvisiace so skrátením času pretypovania výroby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on problematics of application of the SMED method on the selected production lines in the company TNS SERVIS, s. r. o. with main aim of reducing the changeover times. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of literary sources from the field of industrial engineering aimed on the quick changeover method SMED, lean manufacturing, standardization and the philosophy of world-class company. In the practical part are introduced the company and production lines, which are the objects of the following analysis of current changeover state. This analysis creates the basis for the SMED method application. The practical part also contains the project of the SMED method application in which the suggestions for reducing the changeover times are involved.
