dc.description.abstract	Vedlejším cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámit s problematikou likvidace, jejíž průběhem jsem se zabýval v teoretické části. V této části je zpracován postup likvidace podniku, její zahájení, průběh až po ukončení. Hlavním cílem této práce je likvidace společnosti XY s.r.o., kterou jsem se zabýval v praktické části. Zde je představena společnost XY s.r.o., celková situace ve zpracovatelském průmyslu. Dále jsem uvedl hlavní příčiny likvidace firmy a také analýzu ekonomických ukazatelů. Na konci praktické části jsem navrhl předpokládaný plán likvidace a stanovil její předběžný rozpočet.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Minor aim of my bachelor work is to get to know the problems of liquidation whose duration I presented in theoretical part. The process of liquidation of the company is drawn up in this part as well as its initiation, duration and conclusion. Main aim of this work is liquidation of XY s.r.o. company which I presented in practical part. Firstly, I introduced the company, and the situation in the branch. Futhermore, I analysed the cause of liquidation and also economical situation of the company. At the end of the practical part I suggested the plan of liquidation and its considered budget.	en
