dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti instruktora při střeleckém výcviku pracovníků průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy, právní předpisy a stručně problematiku provozování střelnic. Dále je zde specifikována pozice střeleckého instruktora, problematika výcviku obranné střelby v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti a používané zbraně. Praktická část analyzuje hrozby, které instruktorovi při střeleckém výcviku hrozí a jejich příčiny. Závěr práce tvoří základní bezpečnostní manuál eliminování hrozeb při střeleckém výcviku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals about safety instructor at a shooting training staff commercial security industry (CSI). This work is dividend into theoretical and practical part.In the theoretical part I describe the basic concepts, laws and issues briefly shooting operation. Then there is the specified position shooting instructor, the issue of defense shooting training in the commercial security industry and the use of weapons. In the practical part I analyzes the threats that the instructor during shooting practice at risk and their causes. The conclusion of the thesis brings basic safety manual of elimination of threats during shooting practice.
