dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o zavedení systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci zaměstnanců (dále jen BOZP) ve jmenované firmě Ahorn, konkrétně na šicí a kompletační dílně. Teoretická část se soustředí na požadavky právního rámce vymezeného právními a bezpečnostními předpisy k BOZP, postupy tvoreb analýzy rizik, zásady BOZP a jako poslední vymezuje okrajově požární ochrana, která je úzce spjata s problematikou BOZP. V praktické části charakterizuje firmu spolu s povinnostmi jednotlivých pozic v rámci BOZP. Na základě analýzy rizik pracoviště je navržen systém řízení BOZP včetně stanovené dokumentace. Na závěr je zhodnocena funkčnost a efektivnost navrženého systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis discusses the introduction of occupational safety and health of employees (hereinafter OSH) in this firm Ahorn, namely sewing and assembly workshop. The theoretical part is focused on the requirements of the legal framework defined by the laws and safety regulations for occupational health and safety procedures, creation of risk analysis principles OSH and at last is a description of fire protection, which is closely related to OSH. The practical part describes the company along with the responsibilities of individual positions within the occupational health and safety. The workplace is designed on the basis of risk analysis of OSH management system, including a documentation set. Finally, it assesses the functionality and effectiveness of the proposed system.
