dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou finanční struktury s využitím účetních výkazů vybrané společnosti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a z části praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány účetní výkazy jako zdroje informací pro finanční analýzu, jejich právní úprava a vztahy. Dále jsou uvedeny metody finanční analýzy a jejich ukazatele. Práce pokračuje finančním plánováním, definicí úkolů, zásad, metod a forem finančního řízení. V praktické části jsou popsány účetní výkazy vybraného podniku a s využitím finančních informací je vypracována analýza finanční struktury. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků a doporučení pro zlepšení finančního řízení podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor Thesis deals with the financial structure of the selected company using financial statements. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part, there is a description of financial statements as a source of information for the financial analysis as well as the legislation and legislative relations. The methods of financial analysis and their indicators are mentioned as well. The Thesis continues with financial planning, definition of tasks, principles, methods and forms of financial management. In the practical part, there is a description of financial statements of the selected company and the conducted financial structure analysis using financial information. The conclusion of the Bachelor Thesis contains the evaluation of the results and recommendations for impro-ving the company's financial management.
