| dc.description.abstract |
Předkládána bakalářská práce je věnována problematice úlohy Policie České republiky ve vztahu k ochraně obyvatelstva na území obce s rozšířenou působností Přerov. V teoretické části je stručně charakterizováno bezpečnostní prostředí České republiky a vztažné dokumenty týkající se této problematiky. Následně je představena Policie ČR, vztažné právní normy, organizační struktura, úkoly, mezinárodní spolupráce a její činnost v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku zájmového území, Územního odboru Přerov, taktická cvičení a na dotazníkové šetření, které má za cíl analyzovat současný stav Policie ČR působící na území Správního obvodu města Přerov. V závěru je vyhodnocena úroveň spolupráce se složkami integrovaného záchranného systému. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the Police of the Czech Republic and civil protection in the municipality with extended competence Přerov. The theoretical part focuses briefly on security environment in the Czech Republic and on the related documents. The Police of the Czech Republic, related legal norms, organization chart, tasks, international cooperation as well as the task of the Police of the Czech Republic within the Integrated Rescue System are defined. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the defined area, on the brief characteristic of the territory Přerov, on the field exercises, as well as on the questionnaire survey concerning the analysis of the Police of the Czech Republic competent in territory Přerov. The purpose is to evaluate the level of the collaboration among the emergency services of Integrated Rescue System. |
