Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu sil a prostředků využitelných pro likvidaci havárií jaderných energetických zařízení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je zmíněný mezinárodní i národní legislativní rámec, jsou zde charakterizovány radiační havárie, jaderná bezpečnost z pohledu světových a českých kompetentních orgánů, složky integrovaného záchranného systému. V praktické části jsou popsány a vymezeny kompetence složek IZS, zejména Hasičského záchranného sboru a Armády ČR, podílejících se na likvidaci radiačních havárií a výčet jejich sil a prostředků využitelných pro likvidaci těchto událostí, hodnocení a doporučení. |

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of forces and resources available for disposal of accidents of nuclear power facilities. Thesis is divided into two parts, part theoretical and part practical. In the theoretical part is mentioned international and national legislative with characteristics of radiation accidents, nuclear safety in the view of world and czech competent authorities and integrated rescue system with his components. In the practical part, there are described and defined competences of integrated rescue system, mainly focused on the Czech Fire Brigade and the Army of the Czech Republic participating on the liquidation of radiation accidents and a list of their forces and resources available for dealing with these events, rating and recommendation. |
