dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Institucemi a zařízeními České republiky působící v systému ochrany obyvatelstva. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezena legislativa ochrany obyvatelstva, základní a ostatní složky integrovaného záchranného systému, Státní úřad pro jadernou bezpečnost a státní správa se samosprávou. Praktická část dále popisuje Územní odbor Uherského Hradiště. Na základě provedené SWOT analýzy jsou podány návrhy na optimalizaci Hasičského záchranného sboru Uherského Hradiště.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis works with institutions and facilities of Czech Republic included in a system of population protection. Thesis is divided into two parts.A theoretical part and a practical part. The teoretical part deals with legislation of the population protection, basic and other units of the integrated rescue system, state facility of the nuclear safety and offi-ce with self-government. The practical part describes territorial department of Uherské Hradiště. Based on its SWOT analysis are suggested proposals for optimization of the fire rescue service of the city Uherské Hradiště.
