Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ochrany nasazených sil a prostředků v zahraničních vojenských a humanitárních misích. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako humanitární mise, vojenské mise a další vybrané pojmy. Současně je v ní uveden přehled právních norem vztahující se k dané problematice. Tato část, se pak podrobněji zaobírá vybranými typy zahraničních misí a subjektů, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Nesmíme však zapomínat na rizika a jiné nebezpečí, kterým musí nejen humanitární pracovníci, ale také i vojáci a civilisté čelit v zahraničních misích. Proto je nutné, ve vztahu k zahraničním misím, specifikovat tato vybraná rizika. Abychom mohli čelit následkům (účinkům) vyplývajících z těchto rizik, je důležité znát i způsoby ochrany zaměstnanců vysílaných do těchto zahraničních misí. Avšak, neméně důležité je, aby tito příslušníci zahraničních misí, také tyto možnosti a způsoby ochrany znali a dovedli je využít. Tomuto zjištění se věnuje praktická část práce, ve které jsou podrobeny organizace armádní a civilní složka dotazníkovému šetření v oblasti vlastní ochrany při nasazení v zahraniční misi. |

The bachelor work deals with Protection of deployed forces and resources in foreign military and humanitarian missions. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as humanitarian missions, military missions and other selected concepts. At the same time it provides an overview of laws related to this issue. Then this section deals in detail specific types of foreign missions and organizations that deal with this issue. But we don´t have to forget the risks and other dangers that must not only humanitarian workers but also soldiers and civilians face in foreign missions. It is therefore necessary, in relation to foreign missions, specify the chosen risk. To face the consequences (effects) resulting from these risks, it is important to know the ways of protecting employees being sent to these foreign missions. However, equally important it is that these members of foreign missions, also these possibilities and ways of protecting knew and were able to use them. This finding is devoted to practical part, which is subjected to the organization - the military and the civilian component of the questionnaire survey on self-protection when deployed in a foreign mission. |
