dc.description.abstract	Práce se zaměřuje na zjištění úrovně emoční inteligence u studentů oboru sociální pedagogika. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním emoční inteligence, charakteristikou sociálního pedagoga a možnostmi rozvoje emočních kompetencí. Praktická část je realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Data jsou získána prostřednictvím standardizovaného dotazníku zaměřeného na rysovou emoční inteligenci (Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Short Form). Výsledky výzkumného šetření zobrazují celkovou úroveň emoční inteligence a jejich podsložek (životní pohoda, sebeovládání, emocionalita, sociabilita) a úroveň emoční inteligence a jejich podsložek v závislosti na pohlaví, věku, délce studia, formě studia a typu rodinného prostředí, ze kterého respondenti pocházejí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work focuses on finding out of level of emotional intelligence of students of Social Pedagogy. The theoretical part occupies with defining of emotional intelligence, the characteristic of social pedagogue and possibilities of development of emotional competences. The practical part is realized by quantitative research. Data are obtained by through a standardized questionnaire focused on trait emotional intelligence (Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Short Form). The survey results display general level of emotional intelligence and her components (well-being, self-control, emotionality, sociability) and level of emotional intelligence and her components in relationship with gender, age, length of study, form of study and the type of family environment of respondents.
