Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi vzniku ordinace praktického lékaře v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy související s podnikáním, specifikuje formy podnikání v naší zemi a dále definuje jednotlivé podnikatelské strategie. Druhá, praktická část, se zaměřuje na analýzu možností založení ordinace praktického lékaře ve Zlínském kraji, zhodnocuje okolí ordinace (SLEPT a SWOT analýzy). Následně, po vyhodnocení těchto analýz, je zpracován projekt na založení ordinace pro konkrétního praktického lékaře. |

This thesis deals with the possibilities of establishing a General Practitioner's surgery in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical section explains business concepts, specifies forms of enterprise in our country, and also defines individual business strategies. The second, practical part initially focuses on two analyses of the possibilities of establishing a General Practitioner's surgery in the Zlín region, evaluates environment of the GP's surgery (the SLEPT and SWOT analyses). After evaluating these analyses, this thesis explains a project for establishing the General Practitioner's surgery. |
