Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou sociálních služeb, poskytovaných v domovech pro seniory. Kvalita sociálních služeb je jedním ze zkoumaných aspektů spokojenosti uživatelů sociálních služeb. Teoretická část práce je věnována způsobům kontroly a řízení kvality sociálních služeb, procesu stáří, potřebám seniorů a poskytovaným službám v domovech pro seniory. Praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem je zjistit, zda jsou uživatelé domovů pro seniory spokojeni s poskytovanými službami v oblasti prostředí, stravy a komunikace. |

This thesis deals with the quality of social services provided in homes for the elderly. The quality of social services is one of the aspects of satisfaction of users of social services. The theoretical part is devoted to the methods of inspection and quality control of social services, the process of aging, needs of seniors and the services provided in homes for the elderly. The practical part of the thesis consists of quantitatively oriented research via questionnaire. The aim is to determine whether users of homes for the elderly are satisfied with the services provided in the field of environment, food and communications. |
