Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením, financováním a účetnictvím příspěvkové organizace Domov pro seniory Strážnice. Teoretická část nejprve stručně charakterizuje neziskové organizace, větší část je věnována příspěvkovým organizacím zřízeným územními samosprávnými celky. Dále se popisuje hospodaření a zdroje financování a na závěr je zmíněno účetnictví příspěvkových organizací. Obsahem praktické části je rozbor hospodaření, na to navazující finanční analýza a zdroje financování. Posledním bodem jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady účtování dané organizace. V závěru práce jsou navržena možná doporučení pro zlepšení hospodářské situace domova pro seniory. |

This bachelor thesis deals with management, financing and accounting of public-benefit corporation - Retirement home, Strážnice. In the first, theoretical, part the non-profit institutions are shortly defined where the main focus is on the public-benefit corporation founded by local self-governments, then its management, the sources of financing and finally the accounting of public-benefit corporation. Tn the practical part there is the analysis of management, the follow-up financial analysis and the sources of financing as well as the particular accounting examples of the chosen institution. Finally, the last chapter suggests some potential recommendations for economic situation improvement of Retirement home. |
