dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci dle OHSAS a implementaci do firemního prostředí. Práce v teoretické části popisuje obecné přístupy bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, normativní a legislativní požadavky na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci související s výrobou plastů a systém řízení bez-pečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci podle normy OHSAS 18001. Jsou zde charakterizovány nejčastěji se vyskytující úrazy a nemoci z povolání v plastikářském průmyslu. V praktické části diplomové práce je vytvořeno modelové prostředí podniku, zpracována bezpečností analýza a návrh systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci pro vy-branou část společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the description of the system of health and safety at work in accordance with OHSAS and implementation into a corporate environment. The thesis in the theoretical part describes general approaches to safety and protection at work, nor-mative and legislative requirements on safety and health at work related to plastics pro-duction and safety management system and health protection at work according to OHSAS 18001 legislation. There are characterized the most frequently occurring acci-dents and occupational diseases in the plastics industry with proposal to health. In the practical part of the diploma thesis is created model environment of the company, processed security analysis for a certain corporate part and safety management system for the selected part of the company.
