Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami vícekriteriálního rozhodování, rozhodovacími procesy a problematikou ITIL, které jsou využívány pro řízení IT služeb. V teoretické části je popsána teorie rozhodovacích procesů, jejich členění, kritéria, ale také techniku a kvalitu rozhodování. Také je zde stručně popsáno multikriteriální rozhodování a stanovení jeho vah kritérií. V poslední části teorie je popsána problematika ITIL, pod kterou patří i norma ISO 20000. V praktické části je stanovena kategorizace nástrojů ITIL na základě funkcionality a účelu. Následně pomocí analýzy TOPSIS a předem definovaných kritérií a jejich vah bylo určeno, který z vybraných softwarů je nejlepší možná volba pro společnost. |

This bachaleor thesis aims to methods of multi-criteria decision-making, decision-making processes and the problematics of ITIL, which are used for IT services management. In the theoretical part a theory of the decision-making process is explained and divided due to its types as well as techniques and quality of deciding. The thesis also briefly describes the multi-criteria decision-making and setting values to its criteria. The last part of the theoretical part introduces an explanation of the term ITIL and ISO 20000. In the practical part the ITIL framework is divided according it functionality and purpose. Then using TOPSIS analysis the best software for a company is selected using predefined criteria and their value. |
