dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve vybrané firmě. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou celků. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literárních zdrojů zabývajících se náklady a jejich klasifikací, a také manažerským rozhodováním. V praktické části je zahrnuto představení společnosti, analýza nákladů, bodu zvratu a navrhnuté varianty pro navýšení výroby. V závěru celé práce jsou uvedené návrhy a doporučení pro výběr optimální varianty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of costs structure and cost management in the selected company. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains an analysis of literature sources dealing with costs, their classification and the managerial decision making process. In the practical part is included an intorduction of the company, cost analysis, break even analysis and options for the proposed increase in production. In the end of the thesis are given suggestions and recommendations for the selection of the optimal variant.
