dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit vědomosti studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra a Diplomovaná všeobecná sestra z oblasti akutní a perforované apendicitidy a ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta po apendektomii. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola popisuje obecně akutní apendicitidu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na urgentní předoperační přípravu pacienta k operaci perforované apendicitidy s následnou peritonitidou. Třetí kapitola se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí po apendektomii, kde jsou zahrnuty základní oblasti, které se po operaci sledují. V praktické části jsou popsány a analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno u 98 respondentů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine knowledge of General nurse students and Disseminated general nurse students from the field of acute and perforated appendicitis and nursing process in a patiens after appendectomy. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes an acute apendicitis. The second chapter is focused for urgent pre-operative preparation of the patient for perforated appendicitis followed by peritonitis. The third chapter deals with nursing care after apendectomy, which includes the basic area that follows after operation. The practical part discribes and analyzes the result of the questionnaire survey, which was done in 98 respondents.
