dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je oblast skladového hospodářství ve vybrané společnosti s hlavním cílem vytvořit projekt na jeho zefektivnění. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí - teoretické, analytické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána oblast logistiky, skladového hospodářství, řízení zásob a teoretické poznatky vybraných průmyslových metod. Tato část se stala východiskem pro analytickou a projektovou část diplomové práce. Analytická část se zaměřuje na stručnou charakteristiku společnosti a následně na analýzu současného stavu skladového hospodářství v dané společnosti včetně jejího zhodnocení. Na základě výsledků z analytické části byly vytvořeny návrhy na zlepšení, které jsou detailněji formulovány v projektové části této práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this diploma thesis is the area of warehousing in a selected company with the main aim to create a project to make it more efficient. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts - theoretical, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes logistics, warehouse management, supply management and theoretical knowledge of selected industrial methods. This part became the starting point for the analytical and project part of the diploma thesis. The analytical part focuses on the brief characteristics of the company and, subsequently, on the analysis of the current state of warehouse management in the company, including its evaluation. Based on the results from the analytical part, suggestions for improvement were formulated, which are more fully formulated in the project part of this thesis.
