dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem slaďování rodinného a pracovního života ve vybrané společnosti a to zejména z pohledu zaměstnavatele. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy této problematiky a nástroje work-life balance. Práce je zaměřena hlavně na firemní systém benefitů. V praktické části je dotazníkové šetření se zaměstnanci na toto téma a rozhovor s vedením společnosti. Cílem této práce je navrhnout firmě na základě získaných poznatků možnosti řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor or thesis deals with the theme of family reconciliation and working life in a selected company, especially from the employer´s point of view. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of this subject including the tools of work-life balance. The paper is mainly concerned with the company´s benefit system. The practical part of this thesis draws on a survey with employees focused on the company´s benefits system, and an interview with the management of the company. The aim of this thesis is to recommend solutions based on the acquired knowledge and research that would be benefical to the company.
