Bakalářská práce se zabývá nespolupracujícími rodiči z pohledu učitelek mateřských škol. Práce sumarizuje zapojení rodičů do spolupráce s mateřskou školou, popisuje typy problémových rodin a obvyklé projevy chování rodičů ve vztahu k mateřské škole. Cílem výzkumné části je především odkrýt a popsat, jak učitelky mateřských škol charakterizují nespolupracujícího rodiče. Kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum je založen na interview s učitelkami mateřských škol, které sdílí své postoje, názory a zkušenosti s nespolupracujícími rodiči. Výsledky popisují, jak učitelky vnímají spolupráci a nespolupráce, jak probíhá komunikace s nespolupracujícím rodičem a jak nespolupracující rodiče můžeme blíže specifikovat. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the uncooperating parents from the point of view of preschool teachers. The work summarizes the involvement of parents in cooperation with the kindergarten, describes the types of problem families and the usual manifestations of the behavior of the parents in relation to kindergarten. The aim of the research part is mainly to discover and describe how preschool teachers characterize the uncooperating parents. Qualitatively oriented research is based on interviews with preschool teachers who share their attitudes, opinions and experiences with uncooperating parents. The results describe how teachers perceive the cooperation and uncooperation, how is the communication with the uncooperative parent and how the uncooperating parents, we can specify further. |
